- Startup companies with less than 3 years of profitability
- Companies with no Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and verifiable invoices/contracts.
- Companies with many / fragmented shareholding / Relative type shareholding business (i.e. shareholders are your family members)
- Tech/internet business
- Distribution / Stockist or MLM type companies
- Illegal business / shoddy overseas transactional type business
- Franchise type business
- Peer to peer / crowd sourcing / one-off transactional type business
- F&B, internet, drop-shipping, etc
