Experienced Cook For A New Burger Restaurant

I am looking for an experienced cook to help me start a new burger restaurant. The concept and menu ideas are done and now it needs an experienced cook to lead the kitchen set up, including design, food preparation procedures, arrangement with suppliers and menu testing. You can either become a partner by buying shares of the company or be an employee and apply your professional experience. You must be passionate about food, have a high appreciation for quality and know how to maintain consistency to make sure customers get the same experience each time they visit the restaurant. I'm looking for a team player who knows how to have fun alongside with hard work. Target opening date is early October 2020, so it would be ideal if you can start by mid-August to help build this cool little burger restaurant.
