Established for more than 30 years, the Company is widely recognised as a "veteran" in seafood proceesing.  The Company industrialised the sea cucumber and wet cuttlefish processing method and pioneered the mass production and storage method for it, making it affordable for the masses to consume. Throughout the years,the Company has continuously improved their methods and mechanised their processes which resulted in better quality control and keeping their prices competitive. By the 21st century, the Company has started importing high quality frozen seafood such as shrimp, fish and scallop from Vietnam, China, Thailand and Indonesia to cater to the customers’ increasing needs.

Annually, the Company has been able to produce 250 tons of sea cucumber and 250 tons of cuttlefish. This is not their full capacity yet. 

The Company has developed their own OEM packaging. As a value added service, the Company also cater to their customers’ needs by packing for them in their OEM packagings.

Some of the clientele includes supermarkets (NTUC, Giant etc), hotels, restaurants, hawkers and fishery ports etc. 

The Company (leased) occupies a factory space of 15,000 sqft with 3 large built-in cold rooms.

Revenue is more than $3 mil a year with 30% gross profit margin.

Forecast EBITDA by valuer for 2019 (Jun to May) approx. $748k (the company's capacity is only 50%, not fully maximised yet. With new owner coming on board, the new profit level can be realised.)
