We are a tuition agency.
Our revenue comes from collecting 50% commission upon successful matching.
Right now House Tutor has:
1) 12 licensees [i.e we sold 12 licenses in Singapore]
2) 1 Master Franchise in India
3) 8000 tutors
4) 5300 tutors
5) Monthly 400 - 500 leads
6) Current monthly revenue is $30k and we are projecting to grow to $100k in one year.
It is in my keen interest to establish House Tutor world wide.
A brief description of the House Tutor system:
a) Tutor [8000 tutors] / parent [5300 parents] database.
b) Mass emailing system.
c) Accounting system with invoice and receipt generations.
d) Telegram messaging system (done via personal Hp broadcasting).
e) We have question and answer module to create a community of learners.
f) Messaging system between tutor and parent.
g) Advertisement module for tutors and tuition centre.
h) Online payment and dispute module.
i) Online Video Conferencing - App available [Both ios and Android]
House Tuto has a unique business model which enable the business to sell
licenses locally in Singapore we are selling our licenses for $10000.
The Master Franchise is being sold for $100,000
We are asking for $1.5million for 40% stakes in the company.
