- Blogshop is created for sale.
What comes with this takeover:
- Close ties with clothing suppliers / manufacturers, that will allow you to have your own label at very, very low MOQ.
- These clothing suppliers are nice and reliable, they could give us very competitive rates too, which allowed us to have good profit margins. Some of these clothing suppliers are not known to other blogshops, which will give the new owner a competitive edge.
- Some of the suppliers have good ties with air freight companies, that will allow you to receive the manufactured pieces very quickly, reliably and at cheaper rates.
- Good working relationships with selective influencers that are trustworthy and easy to work with.
- The blogshop operates on a simple business model, that could be ran with lesser time & effort, but with good profit margins.
As the blogshop is relatively easy to manage, and its profitable monthly, we do not welcome unreasonable negotiations for the proposed takeover fee.
