Looking for investorfor wholesale start up (beauty sector)
Trying to secure fast as CNY is coming
Short Brief on the business below. (more details will only be shared on meetup).
Popular overseas brandwhich I've already secured sole Distributorship for in Singapore, and reserved for Malaysia. Brand has good track record overseas (Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, Korea, Japan).
I only started selling this in November 2020, and had to restock twice by now.
This is achieved with zero marketing and no showroom etc, and just posting pictures.
Due to huge potential, I have decided to expand this business.
Product can be sold B2C and B2B.
Currently only selling B2B, will be opening up to B2C asap.
The funds will be used for expansion:
(1) Securing more stocks and Distributorship (bigger market). And getting Malaysia Distributorship
(2) Getting a location locally to provide education/courses. Educator has already been found. More details can be revealed on meetup.
With education, there will be recurring revenue as they will continue to buy supplies from us to provide service.
Also, there is profit to be earn from education alone as well.
(3) Becoming a wholesale supplier to provide tools and accessories related to the service provided.
Some other plans that I will share on meetup.
It is a start up as I was initially selling it as a hobby and did not incorporate. This will be brand new company.
Investor will be given equity and buy-back plan. Projected ROI in 2-3 years.
